Nearly all my life I’ve used blame to avoid accountability and worse, to manipulate others.
Sure, I had some fucked up things happen, but they didn’t just happen – I invited some of them in.
As for the rest, it’s not what happened that is important, it’s what I did with it that matters.
The blaming stops today.
Blame does not heal.
Forgiveness does.
